Description

Space-filling model of the fludrocortisone molecule, C₂₁H₂₉FO₅, as found in the crystal structure.

Lighting in my old, pre-2008 style, to match File:Fluorocarbon-montage.png. Matt as opposed to gloss.

Colour code:

Carbon, C: grey-black

Hydrogen, H: white

Fluorine, F: yellow-green

Oxygen, O: red

Structure (determined by X-ray crystallography) from Acta Cryst. (1972) B28, 3023–3032.
