English: A Lancelet (or Amphioxus) specimen — Subphylum: Cephalochordata— collected in coarse sand sediments (600 µm) on the Belgian continental shelf. Total Length: approximately 22 mm. Geo-location not applicable as the picture was taken in the laboratory.
